Bola Tinubu presented “empty” boxes of 2024 budget to National Assembly – Lawmaker
A House of Representatives member, Yusuf Galambi, has alleged that President Bola Tinubu presented empty boxes as the 2024 budget to the National Assembly.

Galambi, a member of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), claimed that while Tinubu read the budget speech and outlined proposals, the actual documents were not provided to lawmakers, contrary to tradition.
The empty boxes were reportedly checked by the lawmakers, and Galambi expressed surprise at this unprecedented occurrence, accusing the president of deceit.
