Labour Party factional Leader, Lamidi Apapa sited sitting at the back of the courtroom.
Lamidi Apapa has kept his word on returning to the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal, where he was booed on Wednesday.
He sits, however, at the back of the courtroom, not in the area reserved for Labour Party officials.
