Big Brother Naija season 7 winner, Phyna has set tongues wagging after revealing her relationship with Groovy was only a game.

Phyna and Groovy began their romantic relationship while still in the Big Brother Naija house. The duo got close following the latter’s failed relationship with fellow housemate, Beauty Tukura.

Back then Phyna received tons of backlash for moving on with Groovy after Beauty’s disqualification as she seemed to be friends with her.

However, sometime in March 2023, Phyna shared a post on her social media page suggesting he was single. Fans got curious and wondered what could have gone wrong with her and Groovy.

During an interview with media personality, Toke Makinwa, Phyna shared that her relationship with Groovy was only a game.

In her words, she said:

“We were never dating, we were playing a game”
