Salah Penalty Secures 1-0 Win for 10-Man Egypt Over South Africa
Egypt advanced to the Africa Cup of Nations Round of 16 with a gritty 1-0 victory over South Africa in Group B at Stade d’Agadir.
Salah converted the first-half spot-kick after tumbling in the box, his 65th goal for the Pharaohs, before right-back Mohamed Hany’s red card left them shorthanded.
