The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has initiated a thorough investigation into the alleged poisoning of a Minister associated with Bola Tinubu. The Commissioner of Police, Haruna Garba, has issued directives for the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) to take over the ongoing investigation from the Mabushi Police Division.

The victim in question is Minister of Tourism, Lola Ade-John, who is currently hospitalized at the Federal Medical Centre.

Lola Ade-John, aged 60, was swiftly rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Jabi, as soon as symptoms of poisoning became evident. Sources close to her family reveal that she has been relying on a breathing-assistance machine during her hospitalization.
