Davido: Chioma and I Are Taking a Break from Having More Kids
Afrobeats superstar Davido has shared that he and his wife, Chioma, have decided to pause on expanding their family.
The father of five explained that they’re not planning to have more children at the moment because Chioma deserves time to focus on her career after giving birth to three kids.
Speaking in a recent episode of Ride Along With Darryl, Davido said, “I’m not looking to have more kids right now. My wife and I are taking a break. She wants to go out and chase her dreams—open her restaurant and launch her spices. After having three children, I believe she needs a few years for herself.”
It’s worth noting that the couple welcomed twins—a boy and a girl—in 2023, just a year after tragically losing their first son, Ifeanyi, in a drowning accident.
