Osimhen On Fire: Galatasaray Thrash Konyaspor 5-1 to Reach Turkish Cup Final

Galatasaray booked their spot in the Turkish Cup final with a resounding 5-1 victory over Konyaspor. Victor Osimhen was the star of the show, scoring his 30th goal of the season with a powerful header in the 26th minute.

The Super Eagles striker’s clinical finish from a Dries Mertens cross set the tone for a comfortable win, and he also provided an assist for Roland Sallai’s goal. Lucas Torreira doubled the lead, Sallai scored twice, and Yusuf Demir sealed the win with a goal in the 73rd minute.

With this win, Galatasaray remains on track for a league and cup double this season. They’ll now await the winner of the semifinal between Trabzonspor and Göztepe, scheduled for Thursday.
