Video: Rivers Assembly begins impeachment proceedings against Fubara , Deputy

The Rivers State House of Assembly, on Thursday, commenced impeachment proceedings against Governor Siminalayi Fubara and the Deputy Governor of the State.
The lawmakers resumed sitting today, Thursday, as against the earlier January 26 scheduled date.
A video currently in circulation shows that they have now commenced moves to remove the governor.
They accused the governor of breaching the constitution in his governance of the state.
