Internet Fraudsters Move Up North As EFCC Arrests 13 Suspects in Sokoto

BONA NAIJAOperatives of Sokoto Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC have arrested thirteen suspected internet fraudsters in the Sokoto State capital.
The anti-graft agency said in a statement that the suspects were arrested on Saturday at Gidan Yaro and Dandima areas of Sokoto based on actionable intelligence on their involvement in internet-related offences.
All the suspects claimed to be students of Usman Danfodio University Sokoto.
The commission said the suspects will be charged to court upon conclusion of investigations.
