Dangote Refinery Slashes Fuel Price to N970/Litre

In a move to appreciate the support of Nigerians, Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a reduction in the price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) for marketers. The new price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS) has been reduced from N990/litre to N970/litre, effective immediately.

According to a statement released by Anthony Chiejina, Group Chief Branding and Communications Officer of the Dangote Group, the new price of PMS has been reduced from N990/litre to N970/litre.

This price reduction, the first since the deregulation of the petroleum sector, is aimed at showing appreciation to Nigerians for their support in making the refinery a reality. It also serves as a gesture of gratitude to the government for its support.

Chiejina assured that the refinery will maintain its commitment to producing high-quality petroleum products that are environmentally friendly and sustainable.

The refinery has also reiterated its determination to increase production to meet and surpass domestic fuel consumption, dispelling fears of a shortage in supply.
