2025 Independence Anniversary: President Tinubu to Address the Nation

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will deliver a national broadcast on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 7 a.m. to mark Nigeria’s 65th Independence anniversary.
All television and radio stations, as well as other electronic media outlets, are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) for the live broadcast.
The announcement was made in a statement on Tuesday by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy.
