Video: Pandemonium As Soldiers, Civilians clash at Banex Plaza in Abuja

There was mild pandemonium at the Banex plaza in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja when a number of civilians beat up some soldiers with whom they had an altercation.

In a trending video online sighted by BONA NAIJA, the soldiers can be seen beaten and overwhelmed by mob who outnumbered them by a huge difference.

The crux of the matter is yet to be ascertained as at the the time of filling this report, however looking at videos trending online the issue had started with some conversation between the soldiers and the people with tensions gradually increasing till it reached breaking point where they had to start beating up the soldiers. The policemen at Banex plaza help salvage the situation. Meanwhile soldiers has mobilized to the area.
