Pay ₦3 Million and Drive Home a Brand-New Car as CIG Motors Launches Nationwide May Splash Promo
LAGOS, Nigeria — CIG Motors has officially unveiled its nationwide “May Splash” promo campaign, introducing major vehicle discounts, flexible financing options and expanded dealership opportunities as the company pushes to make vehicle ownership more accessible across Nigeria.
The campaign, which runs from May to June 2026 or while stock lasts, offers discounted promo and pre-order pricing on selected vehicle models from Wuling, GAC and JMC through the company’s dedicated deals platform.
As part of the initiative, CIG Motors is also strengthening its auto-financing strategy through the introduction of the CIG EasyPay platform in partnership with financial institutions, allowing qualified customers to begin the process of owning brand-new vehicles with down payments starting from as low as ₦3 million, depending on the vehicle model and financing structure.
According to the company, the EasyPay initiative is targeted at salary earners, entrepreneurs, SMEs, ride-hailing drivers, transport operators and businesses seeking flexible repayment structures instead of full upfront vehicle payments.
CIG Motors Pushes Flexible Vehicle Ownership
Speaking on the campaign, the company said the integration of financing into the May Splash promo reflects a major shift in vehicle accessibility within Nigeria’s automotive market.
“For many Nigerians, vehicle ownership has traditionally required full upfront payment, which limits access for millions of hardworking individuals and businesses. Through CIG EasyPay, we are changing that conversation by creating more practical and flexible pathways to own brand-new vehicles,” the company stated.
Under the campaign, the GAC Aion Y EV is available at a special pre-order price of ₦36 million, reduced from ₦40 million. The fully electric SUV is designed for professionals, families and drivers seeking modern mobility solutions.
The Wuling Bingo EV is now available at ₦23 million, targeting urban users seeking affordable electric mobility with lower running costs, while the Wuling Yep EV comes at ₦25.5 million, offering compact SUV styling and electric performance.
For petrol-powered mobility, the Wuling XC250 is available at ₦22 million, providing customers with a dependable and affordable daily driving option.
Commercial users are also included in the promo, with the Wuling N111 Cargo and Mini Shuttle variants starting from ₦13 million, creating opportunities for logistics operators, SMEs and transportation businesses.
Meanwhile, the JMC Vigus 1 pickup truck is available at a promo price of ₦36 million, offering durability and strong payload capacity suited for Nigerian roads and commercial operations.
Expansion Beyond Vehicle Sales
According to CIG Motors, the May Splash campaign was strategically designed to address rising demand for affordable mobility, electric vehicles, commercial transportation and flexible financing solutions while strengthening the company’s growing dealership and aftersales ecosystem nationwide.
“This campaign reflects the future direction of mobility in Nigeria. Customers want stronger value, better financing access, smarter technology and trusted aftersales support,” the company added.
The company also announced that interested dealership partners across Nigeria can engage directly with its team to explore opportunities within its expanding distribution network.
Over the past decade, CIG Motors has grown into one of Nigeria’s leading automotive companies with operations spanning vehicle sales, assembly, financing partnerships, aftersales support and mobility innovation.
The May Splash promo is currently active nationwide through authorised CIG Motors dealerships and official sales channels.
