In a circulating podcast clip, BLord claimed that during his detention following his April 2026 arrest over alleged impersonation and forgery linked to the use of activist branding in promoting his app, he was accommodated in what he described as a special section reserved for influential inmates.
According to his account, the experience inside the facility was far more comfortable than what is typically associated with Nigerian correctional centres. He contrasted his alleged treatment with that of other detainees, particularly referencing activist VeryDarkMan, suggesting that conditions and handling of inmates can vary significantly depending on status and influence.
