“Health is Wealth True True” – TG Omori Reveals Costly Health Battle, Inspires Kidney Care Support
Ace music video director TG Omori has opened up about the heavy financial toll of his recent health struggles, stressing the harsh reality faced by everyday Nigerians battling kidney disease.
Omori revealed that his medical expenses over the last six months could easily buy two Mercedes-Benz GLEs and a C300. He disclosed that a single dialysis session costs over ₦100,000, and patients often require at least three sessions a week.
“Minimum wage is ₦70,000. Knowing these facts brought me tears in the hospital cause there’s no hope for the common man,” Omori lamented.
Inspired by his story, I am currently working on my first major glasses design, which will soon be available for sale. A portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting people living with kidney disease who cannot afford dialysis treatments.
