The embattled former Enugu Commissioner for Lands Victor Nnam has finally regained his freedom.
The commissioner who is facing forgery charges at the Federal High Court Enugu was detained at the Enugu prisons following delay in fulfilling his bail conditions.
He spent about five days at the Enugu prisons before this latest development.
Nnam personally announced his release on his verified Facebook page where he celebrated the birthday of his little son.
He wrote:
Dear Friends, help me celebrate my Second Son’s wonderful 4th birthday.
I am grateful every day that you came into my world. Your smiles and laughter are a balm to my heart. You have brought nothing but happiness into my life.
I am so grateful to God for giving me the opportunity to feel such an all-encompassing love. You fill my days with warmth, wonder, and joy everyday.
I am so happy that I am able to be at HOME TODAY to celebrate your day.
Happy birthday Victor Chukwubueze Nnam
