Umuakum stands still as Engr. Cletus N Ogumerem Commits to Mother- earth

The entire Ogumerem family mourn the dismiss of an Icon, Late Engr. Cletus N Ogumerem.

During his lifetime, he contributed immensely to the development of his community.

He was the 2nd elected Mayor Of Umuakum Village In Ejemekwuru Autonomous community. With his position, he upheld unity even in the times of political trials and temptations. He also held so many executive positions in so many religious Groups such as; Purgatorial Society, legion of Mary and sacred Heart ❤️ of Jesus.

He was the 3rd son of Hon Gabriel Ogumerem and a Mechanical Engineer Graduate From Indian University New DelhiIndia. He was also a Member National Society of Engineers and he Retired as a Director in Imo state ministry of lands and survey.

He survived with his wife ‘Katherine Ogumerem’ and 4 children;

He died at Seventy-six years after a brief illness. He will be laid to rest on Friday,13th November, 2020 in his home town Umuakum – Ejemekwurum, Orlu Imo state.
