Wife of President Buhari, Aisha Buhari, paid a visit to the survivors of the Itafaji building collapse in Lagos yesterday March 16th. On Wednesday 13th March, a three-storey building that also accomodated a school. collapsed in Itafaji, an area in Lagos Island, killing about 20 persons including children.
Mrs Buhari was at the General Hospital, Marina to check on the victims. See more photos from the visit below
Today, I visited recuperating victims of the Itafaji building collapse in Lagos. It is sad that many school children lost their lives. I remain thankful to God and acknowledge the effort of Lagos state government, the managements of Lagos Island General Hospital,
