#IYD2020: PGDP Project Empowers 20 in Abuja

The Professional Graphics Design on Phone (PGDP) Youth empowerment program was initiated and implemented in pursuant of the Sustainable Development Goals (sdg) 1 & 9.
The first edition of this highly impactful and innovative PGDP Project held on 12th – 14th August, 2020 in commemoration of the International Youth Day (iyd2020) and Youth Day of Service (ydos2020)
The 3 days training which was done at the kuje Area Council of the Federal Capital Territory FCT-ABUJA, Nigeria had a total number of 20 participants comprising of 8 females and 12 males.
All 20 participants said they have benefited greatly from the project as they believe the impact of the training will enhance productivity in their various fields of specialty & aid in the achievement of their career goals respectively
The Founder and convener of the PGDP project Jude Uwagwu who is a young media consultant and PR expert shared with usΒ how much of a fulfilling experience it was for him to have greatly influenced the participants by sharing his wealth of knowledge with them and how much it gladdens his heart to see them designing already.
