BREAKING: Sen. Nnamani picks PDP form for Enugu East Senatorial Zone

Ahead of the 2022 primary elections of the People’s Democratic party, PDP which is scheduled to hold on 7th May, the founder of the Ebeano political family and senator representing Enugu East Senatorial Zone, Dr Chimaroke Ogbonnia Nnamani has picked Nomination and Interest declaration forms to run for same office under the party.

It could be recalled that Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State brought Nnamani back to political limelight and ensured that he returned to the Nigerian Senate against other contending interests in 2019 general Elections.

Sen. Nnamani was Governor of Enugu state from May 1999 to May 2007.

His move to pick the PDP Enugu East Senate ticket again has got people talking, however time will tell. We will follow up on the stories as they unfold.
