Youth Group Seek Partnership with Enugu State Government

Youth Alliance For Good Governance (YAGG) a youth group in Enugu State has called for partnership with Enugu State Government.

Speaking during an  interactive section with the press, the founder of Youth Alliance For Good Governance, Comr. Kingsley Ochinawata outlined the core vision of the youth movement which is to hold government accountable and make sure that Government put programmes that will help better the lots of the masses  especially the Youths.

Also speaking the state coordinator of the Youth Alliance for Good Governance, Prince Osita Enengwu while responding to the press, made it clear that YAGG came up  to set the record straight.  That the organisation is  a Youth Movement that will not compromise or relent in its pursuit until the youths  in the state start singing a new song of job opportunities and avenues to harness their talents and to feel the impact of the government are created .

He stated that all they want to achieve is the advancement of  the Youths in the State , and holding leaders accountable.

Also speaking, the former International president of African Students Movement And former country representative of World Students Assembly who is also the Enugu North coordinator of the youth movement, Martins Chiedozie Ugwu listed the goals of the youth organisation which Is to build innovation centre in the state. A kind of ICT hub that will replicate the one in Silicon Valley in California USA. To build a centre for Leadership trainings  for the Youths. And also to train and empower the Youths in Agriculture.

He stated that the youth has a new spirit that will revolutionize party politics in the state like never seen in the history of youth movement and set the state on the path of advancement.

According to him their ideology is characterized by their passionate commitment to vigorously pursue social justice, youth advancement thereby harnessing the talents of our young ones.

And therefore said  that it takes nothing but responsible citizens to get a responsible government and there is no better time for the youths to arise and defend their future than now.
