The Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma today, met with the Labour party Presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi at the Sam Mbakwe International Airport Owerri and both men had a warmth embrace.
Mr Peter Obi and his presidential campaign team were in Owerri for the flag off of his presidential rally taking place simultaneously at Heroes Square and Kanu Nwankwo Sports Center.
Obi, alongside his Vice Presidential Candidate, National Chairman of Labour Party and National Campaign team had arrived Sam Mbakwe airport for onward movement to meet and interact with Ndi-Imo at Labour Party campaign rally ground, before he coincidentally met his host Governor who were returning from a trip at the Imo Airport.
Governor Uzodinma who had earlier approved Heroes Square for Obi’s presidential rally, wished the Labour Party candidate well.
