The Provost ATCOI College of Education Enugu Comrade Ọfọelue Zulu was on sunday 7th April consecrated the Atama (Chief Priest) of Ugbo, Arochukwu Kingdom.
Ọfọelue Zulu is a writer and the chairman Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) Enugu State Chapter.
He is an IGBO culture conservative and a strong believer of IGBO tradition and culture.
