It was all tears and sorrow today in the Egbu Unuenem Otolo community in Nnewi, Anambra state, as the bodies of a set of twins aged 10 years were found hidden in the fridge at their home.
According to sources, the twins were said to be missing since yesterday and the frantic parents and family members looking for them unaware that they were tucked in the fridge in their own home.
It was not until 2:00am that their bodies were discovered hidden in the fridge by their mother who wanted to get some water. She was said to have gone to the fridge to get some water, opened it only to see her sons whom everyone had been looking for the previous day and fainted.
BONA NAIJA gathered that while some sympathizers and family members think that some person(s) must have sneaked into the house and murdered them in cold blood and dumped their bodies in the fridge while their parents were away, others suggested that they probably climbed into the refrigerator themselves and shut it while playing and couldn’t open it again from inside suffocating thereafter.
The boys have been buried.
