The Enugu State Board of Internal Revenue Service on Wednesday sealed Nondon International Hotel Ltd allegedly owned by Prof. Charles Soludo former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria.
Apart from Nondon International Hotel Ltd, the State Internal Revenue Service also sealed Villa Toscana Hotel, Hotel Cordial Exclusive, Allen Suits and Filbon Ltd Hotel.
The action to seal the five hotels followed an Enugu State High Court order.
The Chairman of the Board, Mr. Emeka Odo said the hotels would remain sealed until the owners complied appropriately.
He also threatened to seal other companies and organizations including banks before Christmas.
Our correspondent gathered that N6.6 billion is being owed by companies and organizations doing business in the state.
