Equatorial Guinea’s Attorney General has publicly announced that Baltasar Engonga, currently detained in prison, will face charges related to embezzlement of funds and potentially offenses against public health if found to have a sexually transmitted disease (STD).
Engonga, the Director General of Equatorial Guinea’s National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF), has been embroiled in controversy surrounding a sex tape scandal involving multiple women.
It’s was gathered that it was during investigation on his alleged embezzlement case that the the 400 s3xtapes were uncovered in his office.
