EMBRACE PEACE, LOVE AND FORGIVENESS AS PORTRAYED BY JESUS CHRIST, ENEUKWU TELLS NIGERIANS

Nigerians all over the world especially the members of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, has been advised to use this Easter season and the blessings that follows to reflect on ways of promoting peace, love and unity as portrayed by Jesus Christ.

The Deputy National Vice Chairman South of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, Chief Emma Eneukwu, made this known on Sunday through an Easter message sent to newsmen.

He stated that, the virtues exhibited by Christ during his life on earth is an elixir to having a better Society when fully emulated.

The posited that, Nigeria at this point in time, needs love and peace amongst her citizens which can only manifest when we jettison sentiments, ethnicity and animosity.

According to him “Easter is a season of sober reflection that, enables Christian all over the world to reexamine their faith in God and build a more cordial relationship with him”

“It is a moment for Christians all over the world to take reflect on the passion of Jesus Christ and use the standard that he set, to promote unity, love and peace”

“Jesus Christ all through his Show of forgiveness and constant call for unity and love, imbibed in his apostles the togetherness that led to what we still embrace today which is Christianity”

“It is very important that we take cognizance of the fact that Our lord Jesus Christ’s resurrection which brought salvation was gained through selflessness and requires reciprocity to mankind.

Chief Eneukwu also enjoined all the members of the Nigeria’s ruling party, to maroon their various differences and use the gains that the season presents to work together and bring Victory for the party.

He also said that, a united APC can win every election and use same spirit to deliver the democratic dividends to her citizens.

“I enjoin all the members of the All Progressives Congress APC across the globe and Nigeria, especially those in the southern part of the country, to forgive all those that have wronged them within the party and work harder for the growth of the party.”

“When we forgive each other, unite and work together, victory becomes easier thus, making it possible to deliver democratic dividends for the party”

“Easter is a season of forgiveness and we are encouraged to learn from the examples given by Jesus Christ”
