..Declares Election Inconclusive
The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Kaduna has sacked Governor Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The tribunal, on Thursday, declared the 2023 governorship election in the state Inconclusive and ordered supplementary election in 7 wards in 4 LGAs.
The verdict was announced via Zoom after the judges shunned the physical hall.
The petition was filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Isah Mohammed Ashiru.
