American rapper OG Maco contracts flesh eating disease that has affected his scalp and face.

Rapper OG Maco is going through a lot of pain and discomfort after he contracted a painful and deadly disease that is eating his skin- face and scalp.

The disease is known as necrotizing fasciitis, is an infection that results in the death of parts of the body’s soft tissue.

The rapper announced to his fans that he had a mystery rash and when doctors tried to cure it, he contracted the flesh-eating disease.

Typically, the infection enters the body through a break in the skin such as a cut or burn, or in OG Maco’s case a rash.

he mentioned how he has been going through the process alone and his girlfriend and friends have since turned there back on him.

He also thanked God for being his strength in all these and for recovery so far. Fortunately, his doctors have been able to get the disease under control and he’s expected to recover soon.
