2023 Reps: Group Calls on Dr. Echem to represent Orumba North/South
Anambra State youth group “Concerned Orumba youths” has called on Dr Chibuike Echem to contest for the house of representative to represent Orumba North and South federal constituency in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
The group made the call on Tuesday when they paid a courtesy visit to Dr Echem at the National Headquarters of Princeton Leadership Forum (PLF) in Abuja.
In his remarks the leader of the group Comrade Obinna Emeribe said that it is time for young people to take the lead.
“We have watched you over the years and we can say you have done alot especially as it concerns the youth sector. We believe it’s time to take a bigger role to represent our people in the green chambers”
In his response Dr Echem thanked the group for finding him worthy to represent Orumba in the house of representatives come 2023.
“I am honoured that you find me worthy to represent Orumba North/South in the green chambers, i will not take your call for granted, however i will make further consultations and give you my final decision on this in the coming weeks”
Dr Chibuike Echem hails from Ogbunka in Orumba South Local government Area of Anambra State. He is the former National Vice president, National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), South East zone, former Deputy National Coordinator, Nigeria Youth Compact on Covid 19. An Alumni of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) Kuru. Dr Echem is currently the President, Princeton Leadership Forum (PLF) a Leadership development organization based in Abuja.
