Wizkid is owing me $50k – Verydarkman drags singer for using his trademarked phrase, ‘Don’t Play’
Wizkid has been urged to pay royalties to renowned campaigner and social media influencer Otse Vincent Martins, best known by his stage name Verydarkman, for using his intellectual property “Don’t Play” in his latest song, “Diamonds.”

Verydarkman stated in the video that Wizkid owes him money since he used his word.
He claimed that all of the terms he often uses were protected by intellectual property rights, and he even shared a copy of the paperwork proving that “Don’t Play” is exclusive to him.
Tunde Ednut, who frequently reposts VDM’s films, shared the video on Instagram and wrote:
