“I will Give My All” – Osimhen Reacts to Galatasaray’s Victory Over Fenerbahce.
Victor Osimhen has reaffirmed his commitment to giving his all for Galatasaray following their 2-1 victory over Fenerbahce in the Turkish Cup quarter-finals.
The Nigerian striker played a crucial role in the win, scoring twice. He opened the scoring in the 10th minute with a powerful strike inside the box and doubled the lead 17 minutes later from the penalty spot.
Speaking to the club’s official website, Osimhen expressed his affection for Galatasaray, its fans, and his teammates. He emphasized his dedication to repaying their support through hard work and contributions on the field.
“I have always said that since arriving here, I have loved this club, the people, and the fans. I want to show my appreciation by giving my best. My teammates are also very important to me, as they always support me. Scoring in the derby was special, but without my teammates, those goals wouldn’t have been possible. I am grateful to them and want to maintain my performance, doing everything I can for the team,” he stated.
Galatasaray had previously suffered a 2-1 defeat to city rivals Besiktas in the league, a result that disappointed both the players and fans. Osimhen acknowledged the team’s determination to make amends.
“Matches between Galatasaray and Fenerbahce are always intense and demanding, requiring full concentration from start to finish. Coming into this game, we were optimistic. Unfortunately, last week’s loss disappointed our fans, so we knew we had to perform well to make up for it. Now, we shift our focus to the upcoming matches and take things step by step,” he added.
