#SDGsFamilyActivation: Dean Initiative, OSAP Partner to Deliver World Largest Lessons SDGs Family Lessons

Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on SDGs (OSSAP – SDGs) in partnership with DEAN INITIATIVE will deliver World Largest Lesson’s Sustainable development Goals lessons to Families in Nigeria tagged “SDGs Family Activation”
In a press conference yesterday 12th December 2019 they revealed that the Family Activation will take place between 14th December to 18th December 2019 across Nigeria.
“From December 14th to 18th more than 2000 Youth Volunteers will knock on family doors across the 774 LGAs in Nigeria to talk to families, Religious Organizations and Communities about the SDGs and what actions they can take.
500,000 citizens will be invited to develop family action plans for the SDGs for 2020.
It is part of Nigeriaβs effort to take Global Lead in Popularising the Sustainable Development Goals.
Our objective is to continue to Lead one of the largest local Action Mobilization Campaign globally and we are working with all stakeholders to achieve this.”
It will be recalled that school children between the age of 11 to 14 through the World Largest Lessons were thought about SDGs in September 2019.
