President Muhammadu Buhari and his wife, Aisha, are celebrating their 30th wedding anniversary today.

President Buhari and Aisha both shared a throwback photo of each other on social media to mark the special day.

Buhari wrote:

“Today, on our 30th Wedding Anniversary, I pray for Allah’s continued peace and blessings in our home and family,” reads the tweet posted alongside the photos.”

Aisha wrote:

“Alhamdulillah for 30yrs of togetherness #30yearsweddinganniversary #ThanksbetoALLAH”
