#MourinhoOut: Man Utd Fan Starts GoFundMe To Raise £12 Million For Jose Mourinho Sacking
It comes after bookies made the former Chelsea boss favourite to be the first Premier League manager to be sacked at 5/1, with Sky Bet placing the likes of Leicester City manager Claude Puel and Cardiff City boss Neil Warnock below the 55-year-old.
Many are beginning to doubt Mourinho’s reign in charge at Old Trafford after an average pre-season and a lack of transfer activity, but one fan has gone to new extremes in a bid to get rid.
This United supporter has created a GoFundMe account to try and raise the £12 million needed to sack the 55-year-old.
Manchester United fans have raised questions over Jose Mourinho’s transfer activity of late, with a distinct lack of marquee signings being the main cause of concern, but surely a GoFundMe page to raise millions is a little too far.
The club have brought in some useful players in Fred, Diogo Dalot and goalkeeper Lee Grant but those transfers haven’t exactly got pulses racing.
Ed Woodward has also been unusually quiet, but it looks like a move for either Toby Alderweireld, Harry Maguire or Jerome Boateng may happen before the window slams shut.
Will Jose Mourinho be the first Premier League manager sacked this season?
