Manchester United are on the brink of signing Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, with reports emerging that the Red Devils are set to trigger the player’s €75m release clause.
According to Italian sports outlet Tuttosport, United have reached an agreement in principle with Osimhen’s representatives over personal terms, paving the way for a summer transfer.

The 26-year-old has been in scintillating form on loan at Galatasaray this season, netting 30 goals and providing 7 assists in just 35 appearances across all competitions.
If the deal goes through, it could spell the end for several United attackers, with Rasmus Hojlund reportedly being offered to Napoli as part of the transfer.
The Danish striker has struggled to find his feet at Old Trafford, scoring just 8 goals in 45 matches this term.
