Jeriq, a rising hip-hop star from South-Eastern Nigeria, made history by hosting one of the largest music concert in the region at Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu. The “Jeriq Hood” concert drew over 25,000 fans, showcasing Jeriq’s growing influence and cultural impact.
The event highlighted the unity and solidarity among local artists, with several notable acts performing for free.
Jeriq took to X to express his gratitude to his fellow artists, including Vict0ny, Oxlade, Bella Shmurda, Blaq Bonez, Ajebo Hustlers, King Perry, Psycho YP, Alpha P, and Mr. Funny. He revealed that their combined performance fees would have exceeded 100 million naira, but they all performed free of charge.
