Iyabo Ojo Becomes Grandmother as Priscilla Ojo and Juma Jux Welcome Baby Boy in Canada

Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo is celebrating a new chapter in her life as she officially becomes a grandmother. Her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, and Tanzanian singer Juma Jux have welcomed their first child together a baby boy named Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala in Canada.

The joyful news was confirmed by Iyabo Ojo on Sunday, August 24, 2025, through a heartfelt social media post where she thanked God for the safe delivery of both mother and child.

Priscilla and Juma Jux, who tied the knot earlier this year in a series of lavish wedding ceremonies between February and May, first announced their pregnancy in July. Just three days ago, they hosted a grand blue-themed gender reveal party that confirmed they were expecting a son.

Since the announcement, fans and fellow celebrities from Nigeria and Tanzania have flooded the couple with congratulatory messages, celebrating their milestone.

Priscilla, a Nigerian influencer and entrepreneur, and Juma Jux, one of East Africa’s most celebrated artists, have been in the spotlight since going public with their relationship last year. Their marriage has been one of the most talked-about celebrity unions of 2025.
