Three weeks ago, MGBAKO CHUKWUMA also known as Mc Snillow posted on his social media handle about Ugonna Raphael, a 10 years old boy he met on a humanitarian mission at Akwuke community in Enugu.
Ugonna who hails from Abia State but lives in Akwuke a community in Enugu State was born with a tumor on his head, as he grows older, the tumore gets bigger.
Ugonna was taken to Aamond hospital, where he was referred to University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital in Enugu for a major operation.
After series of tests and scans, the specialists at University of Nigeria teaching hospital Enugu (UNTH) agreed to carry out an operation/surgery to restore Ugonna back to normal. A sum of 173,000 thousand is needed to carry this out.
