Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah has signed the 2025 Appropriation Bill into law, approving a record-breaking budget of ₦971.84 billion.
The budget, titled “Exponential Growth and Inclusive Prosperity,” aims to promote collective development and ensure that no community is left behind.
Governor Mbah described the budget as a “perfect Christmas gift” for the people of Enugu State, promising that its implementation would begin promptly in the New Year.
The budget also allocates ₦320.6 billion to the education sector, demonstrating the state government’s commitment to investing in human capital. With this budget, Enugu State is poised for exponential growth and inclusive prosperity in 2025.
