Justice Binta Nyako-led federal High Court, Abuja has once again denied bail to the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Nnamdi Kanu who is standing trial on charges bordering terrorism, had through his counsel filed for his bail application on health grounds.
However, in her ruling on Tuesday, June 28, Justice Nyako denied the IPOB leader bail, citing that “for four years, nothing was filed” in her court to explain why Kanu did not attend his trial.
