Wizkid and Tem’s ‘Essence’ Hits 5x Platinum

Wizkid‘s album ‘Made in Lagos’ has seen remarkable commercial success, particularly in the United States where it has sold over 870,000 units.

The standout track ‘Essence‘ featuring Tems has sold 5 million units, making it eligible for 5x Platinum certification by the RIAA.

‘Essence’ has also achieved significant international recognition, earning certifications like Gold in Belgium and France, Platinum in the UK and Switzerland, and multiple Platinum in New Zealand, Canada, and South Africa.

Other singles from the album, including ‘Blessed’ with Damian Marley and ‘2 Sugar’ with Ayra Starr, have also contributed to the album’s sales success.
