Director General Ahmed Tinubu Support Group, Abdulmumuni Jibrin on Friday exited from the ruling All Progressives Congress over irreconcilable differences with party leadership in Kano.
The controversial former Chairman, House Committee on Appropriations was sighted on Friday afternoon in company of members of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP).
In a picture that was circulated to Reporters in Kano on Friday, Abdulmumuni Jibrin was seen lifting a basket, the insignia of the party.
Last weekend Mr Jibrin announced the decision to leave the APC on his verified handle, saying he would reveal the next party to join within 24 hours.
