SOUTH EAST APC YOUTH COALITION , ENDORSE OGBONNAYA ỌNỤ FOR PRESIDENT

As the presidential primary election for the ruling draws closer, a coalition of Igbo youths, has endorsed the former minister of science and technology Dr Ogbonnaya ọnụ to win the primary election and stand a chance of becoming the president of the federal republic of Nigeria.

Arising from their National Executive meeting held in Abuja on Tuesday, the group decided to adopt the former minister, as their choice candidate to win the APC presidential election based on his track records and impeccable qualities.

Speaking with newsmen, the National Publicity of the group and a former Secretary of the party in Enugu North Local Government, Enugu State, Hon Sebastine Okafor, stated that, their decision was based on the need to have someone with the ability to unite the nation and equally deliver on the democratic dividends that Nigerians currently enjoy under the leadership of president Muhammadu Buhari.

He stated that as a former Governor of Abia State, Formal National Chairman of All Nigerian Peoples Party, ANPP, and minsiter of science and technology, that Dr Ọnụ has displayed an astute credibility, trust and finesse.

He posited that, the call for Nigerians to have a first class president, who understands the yearning of Nigerians especially the youths, makes him the best candidate for the job.

“WE have analysed thoroughly, all the aspirants in the ruling All Progressives Congress APC and we discovered that, Dr Ọnụ is the president that we need ‘

” His records of almost impeccable and his style of life and leadership is of modern standard that brings unity in diversity and love”

“Dr Ọnụ as an Igbo leader with love from other zones, is needed at this point in time to elongate the near perfect success achieved by the leadership of president Muhammadu Buhari ‘

‘He displayed his loyalty and believe in the rule of law by being one of the first ministers to resign as directed by the new Electoral act, an act, that has endeared him to the hearts of many Nigerians “

The coalition of South East Apc youths however called on the delegates, to shun the persuasion of money bag politicians within the party and work for the emergence of Dr Ogbonnaya Ọnụ, as the presidential flag bearer of the party as with him, Nigeria of our dream is assured

They also stated that, their members have started contacting the party delegates across the nation to ensure that, this vision is made manifest.
