President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Pretoria, South Africa, ahead of the presidential inauguration of President Cyril Ramaphosa .
Tinubu arrived at Waterkloof Air Force Base on the outskirts of Pretoria on Tuesday evening, June 18, 2024 ¹. The South African Presidency revealed that South Africa and Nigeria share a common vision on issues of political and economic integration in Africa .
Previously, Tinubu and Ramaphosa met in New York at the 78th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) in September 2023, where Tinubu asked Ramaphosa to deepen economic relations between the two countries .
