PLF holds leadership Summit in Abuja

Princeton Leadership Forum, a leadership development organization based in Abuja has concluded plans to hold the maiden edition of its ANNUAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT/CONFERMENT OF EXEMPLARY HONORS on Thursday, December 8,2022 at the International Conference Center, (ICC) Abuja.

The Annual Leadership Summit/Conferment of Exemplary Leadership Honors according to the Convener and President Princeton Leadership Forum, Dr Chibuike Echem, will provides the platform for stakeholders to brainstorm and proffer strategic pathways for a national renaissance and also a way of recognizing organizations and individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership in different areas of life.

Brig Gen CFJ Udaya, (rtd) plsc (+), mni, Secretary and Director of Administration at the National Institute for Policy and strategic Studies, NIPSS will deliver the keynote speech on the theme; ‘Politics, Governance, and the impact of leadership in a Fragile Nigeria’, followed by panel sessions by notable Nigerian.

Also notable organizations and individuals will be honored at the event.

PLF ANNUAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT/CONFERMENT OF EXEMPLARY HONORS 2022

The Princeton Leadership Forum is a leadership development and deployment organization with a special interest in the areas of capacity building and advocacy. We believe in the principles of transformational leadership as a tool for national development. Accordingly, Princeton Leadership Forum partners with the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) to deliver a two weeks course on Transformational Leadership for emerging leaders across Nigeria. The Emerging Leaders Course has trained over 500 leaders who are actively contributing to nation-building in different sectors since its inception.

PLF reckons that the biggest challenge of public leadership in Nigeria and Africa is to find value-based leaders. Leaders that have been developed and trained for the service of the people. Leaders raised and built on the true principles of a servant and transformational leadership, who are laced with compassion, empathy, love, willingness to sacrifice for humanity, the nation and leaders that exhibit a total commitment to the visions of our founding fathers.

The Annual Leadership Summit/Conferment of Exemplary Leadership Honors provides the platform for stakeholders to brainstorm and proffer strategic pathways for a national renaissance and also a way of recognizing organizations and individuals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership in different areas of life.

We strongly believe that the multi-stakeholders engagement opportunity provided by this summit is critical to stimulating regular national dialogue on the subject matter of leadership for development, peace, Unity and sustainability in Nigeria.

NOMINATION
After a rigorous selection process, PLF has nominated a number of notable organizations and individuals to receive the PLF prestigious Exemplary Leadership Honors 2022, in recognition of their commitment towards the empowerment and support of emerging leaders across Nigeria.

This honour will be presented by H.E Ugwumba Uche Nwosu, President, Ugwumba Leadership Center for Africa.
