NAACP Image Award 2020: Wizkid Gets Nomination
National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) revealed the nominees list for this year’s award show.
Nigerian music superstar Wizkid bagged a NAACP Image Award as the first Nigerian artiste to do so. His nomination came in from his contribution to Beyonce’s highly acclaimed song ‘Brown Skin Girl’ off her most recent album.

‘Brown Skin Girl’ was nominated in the ‘Outstanding Duo, Group or Collaboration’ category of the award. Other worthy songs nominated in that category were Chris Brown’s ‘No Guidance’, PJ Morton ‘Say So’, Ari Lennox ‘Shea Butter Baby’s and ‘Show Me Love’s by Alicia Keys.
The 51st edition of the NAACP Image Award would come on later this year.
