Kanu Nwankwo set to take over as Enyimba chairman

Former Super Eagles captain, Kanu Nwankwo, is reportedly lined up to take over as new chairman of Nigeria Premier League champions, Enyimba.
The former board of the Peoples’ Elephant was dissolved by the Abia State Government this week.
Erstwhile chairman of the team, Felix Anyansi-Agwu was in charge of the team for 23 years ago.

The Aba giants won nine NPL titles and two CAF Champions League during his reign.
According to reports emanating from Umuahia, Kanu, a former Premier League winner has been earmarked for the position.
Enyimba will compete in the CAF Champions League next season.
