IPOB,Ndigbo in Europe sue Simon Ekpa for leading, financing a terrorist group in Igboland
IPOB Lawyers in Collaboration with Overseas IGBOs Federation Formally files Criminal, Terror Charges against the Finland base (Simon Ekpa Njoku a.k.a autopilot leader).
According to reports, the Office of the Prosecutor General in Lintulahdenkuja4 Helsinki Finland have been served with court papers to Apprehend, Detain and Prosecute the name Mazi Simon Ekpa, a non registered IPOB Member who intentionally without authorization or Approval by the Directorate of State of IPOB (DOS) have been using IPOB-ESN name to raise funds/Money used to sponsor Criminals Autopiloters who have been killing, causing destruction, Arson among others in The Southeast Biafra Territory.
The group says it Lawyers are Preparing more Lawsuits against Simon Ekpa and his co-conspirators around other countries.His arrest Warrant is waiting for approval by the Finland Authorities.
Reacting to the development Simon Ekpa wrote on his twitter page @simon_ekpa
“Disregard faceless and criminal igbo group that have no address in Germany and could not afford to hire lawyer in Finland posting their propaganda on social media. Hire a lawyer in Finland and sue Simon Ekpa for agitating for Biafra freedom and stop coming to social media court.
The faceless poor igbo group looking for Fulani money could not file any documents to the ICC against Nig for genocidal crime against Ndigbo being committed by Nig state everyday, they could not inform Germany of the ethnic cleansing of Ndigbo, disregard the poor group. I am here“
