‘How I got audio recording of Bobrisky’ — VeryDarkMan finally opens up at the National Assembly
VeryDarkMan, a social media personality, has finally revealed how he obtained the explosive audio recording allegedly linked to Bobrisky.
VeryDarkMan had initially refused to address the committee in the absence of Bobrisky until Deji Adeyanju, his lawyer, prevailed on the matter.

While testifying before the House of Representatives Joint Committee on Financial Crimes and Reformatory Institutions, VeryDarkMan disclosed that he received the recording from someone who lent Bobrisky N4 million while he was in EFCC detention.
According to VeryDarkMan, Bobrisky tried to blackmail this individual, who then shared the audio recording and proof of their chat with him.
The loan was given to Bobrisky on June 19, 2024.
Although VeryDarkMan didn’t disclose the lender’s identity, he submitted part of the recording to the committee.
VeryDarkMan had previously shared an audio in which Bobrisky purportedly claimed that she bribed some EFCC officials with N15 million to drop the money laundering charge against her.
The crossdresser also claimed that after her sentencing for naira abuse in April, her “godfather” and the CG of NCoS arranged for her to serve the six-month jail term in a private apartment.
The House of Representatives is investigating bribery allegations against the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS).
